Mrs Ella Pullen
I was delighted to join Freshwaters in October 2018. During my role I have been specifically concerned with the leadership and management of both teaching and learning. I pride myself on being a dedicated individual who strives for success in raising standards.
My teaching career has consisted of teaching and leading EYFS, KS1 and lower KS2. I was thrilled to win ‘Outstanding EYFS Teacher of the Year’ as part of the Thurrock Teaching Alliance awards, 2015. In spite of this, I strive to continue raising attainment and progress to reach the best possible outcome. I believe that as educators we are always learning and embrace every opportunity to further my knowledge and improve my practice.
As a keen horsewoman, I am enthusiastic about our natural world and I am a firm believer that learning should take place both in and outside of the classroom. I have no doubt that my love for the outdoor environment complements my teaching and, has further strengthened my ability to provide successful enabling environments for all pupils.
